I see my students as their best selves while holding space for them to be exactly as they are in each moment.

Being a technical teacher, you should expect corrections, focus on alignment and activation of muscles to facilitate the function of the posture.
You will be guided to move intelligently, with a focus on alignment, efficiency and sustainability- understanding not just what to do, but why it matters for your body.
Whether you are here to build strength, increase flexibility or simply carve out time for yourself, my goal as your teacher is to support you inn deepening your practice in a way that feels both challenging and accessible.
Above all , my classes are a space for exploration of where you are and the immense potential in your own body to heal.

PRIVATE CLASS
A private session is a deep dive into you - your body, your movement patterns and your unique needs.
Whether you are looking to refine your practice, recover from an injury, build strength or simply move with more ease our time together will be tailored entirely to you.
We will begin by assessing how you move, where you hold tension and what your goals are. From there I will guide you through tips and tricks to allow you to move through your practice and find the sweet spot of effort and ease.
Unlike a group setting, a private session allows us to fine tune the details and hold space for hands on adustments, personalised modifications and in depth eploration of functional movemennt principles.
Youll gain a deeper understanding of not just what to do, but why it matters and how good your body can feel in movement both on and off the mat.
Off schedule hours can be arranged upon request.
